The Heart of My Work

As a massage therapist, I create experiences that calm the body. I resolve muscle tension, which calms the physical body. The studio space soothes the senses, which calms the mind. I am mindful of the things that trigger and relax our body's central nervous system (our sense of touch, smell, taste, sight, and sound).

I create massage sessions that blend my fully-present spirit with my strong, sensitive hands.  Deep massage techniques focused on anatomically specific strokes mix with grounded energetic bodywork. I believe that our bodies are wise, intuitive, and innately willing to heal from big events and everyday stress. I offer my relevant skill to each client as I listen intently to the ever-changing nature within the physical, emotional, and energetic body.

People notice the cozy linens, simple sounds, natural light, quality oil and lotions, calming aromas, and earth-elements when they walk into my studio. The space is part of your deeply healing experience.
